February is the month of love and we want to show the public that love is what pit bulls are all about! Come walk with us. Show your pit bull pride and raise funds to help dogs who have never known a loving hand or loving home.
Our goal, to have the biggest walk team and to raise over $5,000 to help our Mayday dogs. So bring your family, your friends, your neighbors. Bring anyone who has ever expressed a fear of pit bulls and change their perceptions in an instant. Ask anyone you know if they would like to donate to the cause. Even just $1 makes a difference for these dogs! We, and our dogs, will LOVE you for your efforts!!
Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy is devoted to rescuing, rehabilitating and securing placement for pit bull and pit bull mixes into responsible, permanent and loving homes.
We strive to educate the public about the pit bull breed in order to relieve suffering and prevent cruelty.
We advocate responsible pit bull ownership and educate the public about breed specific legislation.
Mayday Pit Bull Rescue is made up of a small group of volunteers based in Phoenix, Arizona, who are dedicated to improving the lives of pit bulls and re-establishing the breed as a beloved family pet.
We work directly with local Animal Care and Control shelters to rescue pit bulls from euthanasia with the goal of rehabilitation and permanent placement.
