Sherman
| I love to go on walks and don’t seem to mind all the attention I get because of my size. They don’t call me Sherman the Tank for nothing! I’m about 5 years old and I spend most of my days rolling around on my back, and going to the park when it is not too hot out. I love to cuddle and be around people. I have gone through behavior modification On/Off leash. I do not pull at all on leash, I can sit and stay and lie down and stay on command! Perhaps most importantly... I’ve learned to come the first time I am called; although that’s easy when you love your foster parents! My foster parents tell me that I’ve come a long way! I am a huge love bug, AND am really excited to find a forever home with someone who likes to go on walks, and will play with me. I have opened up a lot and enjoy playing with others, but sometimes I can get too excited. I would make a great companion for anyone, but in general I’m a pretty laid-back guy, and just want to have a calm friend to hang out with.
Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team has trained Sherman in Behavior Modification ON/OFF Leash. Adoption for Sherman includes three handling sessions with Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team free of charge.
